An evaluation of Workplace Solutions among eight public and private employers found that the marketing based approach to promoting employee health interventions was positively received by employers. Among the employers, there was a significant improvement in tobacco cessation treatment, coverage of cancer screenings, and overall implementation of best practices as a result of Workplace Solutions.
In addition, over 1,350 companies and 231,000 employees have participated in Active for Life, one of Workplace Solutions' employee physical fitness programs. |
