What is this Indicator?
This indicator shows the percentage of the population aged 5 years and over with a self-care difficulty.
Why this is important: 
People with a self-care difficulty encounter challenges in performing activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing or bathing. Depending on the severity of the disability, people with a self-care difficulty may require additional assistance in the home to conduct daily activities.
Technical Note:  The regional value is compared to the national value.
