The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida is conducting the Elder Services Needs Assessment for the seven-county area served by ElderSource. This assessment will identify the needs of the elders, caregivers, and Baby Boomers with a particular emphasis on the needs of those with the greatest economic or social need, low-income minorities, and those residing in rural areas. This assessment will consider the needs of elders through the year 2016 and will be used to determine program and funding priorities.
